These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pkrvin platform, including all sports betting, casino gaming, account operations, bonus claims, and payment processing available to players in Pakistan and internationally. Please read this document in full before creating or using a pkrvin account.

Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a pkrvin account. This is a strict eligibility requirement with no exceptions. pkrvin actively enforces this restriction and reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one pkrvin account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts.
Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. pkrvin is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
KYC Verification. pkrvin applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Geographic Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pkrvin platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkrvin makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations. Players accessing pkrvin from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrvin account credentials, including your username and password. pkrvin will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
Unauthorised Access. You must notify pkrvin support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkrvin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
Two-Factor Authentication. pkrvin offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. Disabling 2FA after it has been activated may trigger an account security review.
Session Management. pkrvin employs automatic session timeout features. If your session remains inactive for an extended period, you will be logged out automatically. This is a security feature and does not constitute platform downtime.
Supported Payment Methods. pkrvin currently supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and debit card. pkrvin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set in PKR and are displayed within your pkrvin account dashboard. These minimums are subject to change; the current applicable minimums at the time of your transaction will always be the operative figures.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for deposit, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines. pkrvin does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but endeavours to process requests within a reasonable period.
Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. pkrvin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
Anti-Money Laundering. pkrvin is obligated under its international gaming license to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all accounts. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to additional scrutiny. pkrvin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of AML checks, without liability to the player for any delay caused.
General Betting Rules. All bets placed on pkrvin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Sport-specific rules — including cricket betting rules covering PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — are published within the pkrvin sportsbook interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Bet Acceptance. pkrvin reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once pkrvin has issued an electronic confirmation of bet acceptance. Bets placed in error or duplicated due to technical issues may be voided by pkrvin.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. pkrvin may apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.
Certified Game Outcomes. All casino games and slot games on pkrvin — including Mahjong Ways 2, Insect Master, and all live dealer games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited under pkrvin's international gaming license. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accessible within the game information panel.
Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game or system malfunction, pkrvin reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund stakes to the player's pkrvin PKR balance. A malfunction voids all pays and plays in the affected session.
Odds Changes. In-play betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Odds displayed at the time of initiating a bet slip are not guaranteed; the odds confirmed at the point of acceptance are the operative odds for that bet.

Wagering Requirements. Most pkrvin bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each player is entitled to claim each pkrvin promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
Bonus Abuse. pkrvin actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform, coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, and exploitation of technical errors in bonus calculations. pkrvin reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings derived from identified bonus abuse, and to close associated accounts.
Promotion Modification. pkrvin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible players where reasonably practicable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrvin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to appropriate legal authorities:

This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pkrvin content.
Any unauthorised use of pkrvin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Platform Availability. pkrvin endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the pkrvin platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and circumstances beyond pkrvin's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvin excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the pkrvin platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any losses arising from system downtime or betting market errors.
Cap on Liability. Where pkrvin's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, pkrvin's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkrvin account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the pkrvin platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pkrvin accepts no liability for any legal consequences you may face as a result of accessing or using the platform in a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.
Termination by pkrvin. pkrvin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkrvin has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct has occurred; the player is under 21 years of age; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to pkrvin, other players, or third parties.
Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, any verified PKR balance (net of any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of all outstanding verification and compliance checks.
Termination by Player. You may close your pkrvin account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed subject to the completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification. Closing your account does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.
Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrvin holds its international gaming license. The English language version of these Terms is the governing and authoritative version.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pkrvin, you should first contact pkrvin customer support at [email protected] and provide a clear description of your complaint. pkrvin will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe.
Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out by pkrvin's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process are available on request from pkrvin support.
Language. All communications between you and pkrvin in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in English.
pkrvin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pkrvin will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the pkrvin platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the pkrvin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the pkrvin platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
